I’ve been consistently logging my empties for approx. 2 years. I always recycle with the PACT Collective when I can, either at The Detox Market or Credo Beauty. You’ll notice some of the empties have the top cut off, and this is to help me get the rest of the product out or clean it for proper recycling. Empties are a way of archiving without hoarding. Here we go!
March 2025 - Davines OI Shampoo - $17 for mini (this one came in a bundle)

I really had high hopes for this as it was my first time trying anything from Davines. This smelled like fabuloso...not great and my scalp got itchy after consistent use. Maybe it’s because I usually double cleanse my scalp? I noticed better results when I just used it as a single wash.

iota Supermochi+ Body Exfoliator - $39

Great formula, texture is...less than desireable. It’s stretchy like mochi, smells like rice (nutty + sweet), and actually did brighten and smooth my skin over time.
Crest Cavity Protection Toothpaste - full size is $2.59, this is a mini

A classic, duh. Gonna leave it at that.

Vaseline Radiant X Even Tone Body Lotion - $12.19

So...I had high hopes for this. I think one more bottle and I would’ve noticed a dramatic before and after in regards to tone. Meh. Liked using it but I like other drugstore lotions better.
Bask Daily Invisible Gel Cream - $28

Cool brand with a cool mission. I think I like the formula of their SPF Lotion better, but if you are into the invisible/clear sunscreen game then this is a really great option.
Pyunkang Yul Cleansing Foam - $16.99

No. Simply not for me. More about this on my TT and Substack because I could talk at length about how this didn’t work for my skin. TLDR; excessive foaming, fragance, drying, and I think it caused congestion in my skin.
February 2025- Dr. Jart PHA Renewing Dual Pads - $22.79

I wanted to like these but, alas, my skin and this formulation wouldn’t let me. I tried using these on my body, too, but no luck there either. Ended up using the leftovers to clean my bathroom sink, LOL.
Skinceuticals CE Ferulic - $182 for full size, this is a mini

We lost this soldier too soon and we mourn her. Last mini I got from Bluemercury and I must say I quickly noticed results with consistent use. Smells like hot dog water though, the rumors are true. But this ish works! Sad to part ways with her.
Bloomeffects Royal Tulip Nectar - $65 full size, this is a mini

LOVED. Absolutely great. Can’t always use in my easily irritated areas (middle of the forehead for moi), but overall very awesome.
Glide ProHealth Original Floss - $9.99/3-pack

We like her but we love Cocofloss more.
Kylie Skin Vanilla Body Lotion - $20

Okay, Kylieeee. She did something here. I appreciate the effort, just not the excessive fragrance. Smelled so good but after a while it irritated my skin :/ .
Coola Makeup Setting Spray - $36

Thirty-six doll hairs?! Nuh-uh. Literally felt like I was spraying glue on my face. Big thumbs down.
Ere Perez Australian Blue Cypress Face Nectar - $38

I wanted to like this so badly I used it on and off for close to a year before just using the rest on my body. Smells bomb though and the ingredients are killer.
Crest Cavity Protection Toothpaste - full size is $2.59, this is a mini

This is a classic but I’m a Sensodyne girl until I die.
Heritage Store Rosewater + Glycerin - $13.99

Scroll and see that this is truly my ride of die. Sorry not sorry!
January 2025 - Odacité le Blue Balm - $52 (this is a sample from Credo)

Oh boy oh boy, this is one of my favorite products in the clean space. It is so nourishing, and smells like cereal milk in the best way possible. A little goes such a long way, apply it on any dry patches overnight to wake up soft as a baby.
Vaseline Coco Radiant Body Lotion - $3.99 ($10 full size)

Meh. I have KP and need some serious moisture. This smelled good, but I only bought it because it looked so cute in the bodega. Lasted forever though, and a good thing to keep in the travel dopp kit.
Tan Luxe The Face Drops - $25 mini ($50 full size)

This ish works, and I did really like using it to get that beach tan no-makeup makeup look. I woke up glowy, but sometimes with a little irritation depending on which moisturizer I mixed this with. I have quite a few minis, so more thoughts to come.
54 Thrones Moisturizing Butter Cream Body Wash - $30

Oof, my skin felt SOFT after using this. You do have to use it with a sponge to get a nice lather, however, which is not something I can always commit to. Great wintertime creamy body wash.
Detox Mode Impossible Soap - $26

This baby has lasted me years thanks to the refill. Boy oh boy was I addicted to her. It’s a pretty great size for $26, and you can use it on your body in a pinch. The divine scent of plum seed and almond oil lingers on the body + hands, and I was really sad to part with it. Formula is A1, too!
Cocofloss Pure Strawberry - $9

Cocofloss, you have some explaining to do. Why does this smell and taste nothing of strawberry? Why is it not PINK? Weft felt great on my teeth though, and I hate to say I totally get the hype. This floss is good...
Alpyn Beauty Melt Moisturizer - $60 full size (this was a mini reward from Credo)

I disliked this, a lot. Used it on my decollété just to get it out of my eyesight. It didn’t smell nice, texture was not luxe, and I saw no positive effects after using it. They have another moisturizer that’s so much better, so go for that one.
iota Oishii Berry Body Wash - $35

At quite a steeper price point than their permanent body washes, I’m not sure this is worth it. I was lucky enough to be gifted the product, but after giving it a whiff I’m not sure if I’d ever pay $35 for this. The scent was a bit overpowering, a little too sweet. Formula was a million/10 as always though!
Paume Exfoliating Hand Wash - $24

Scroll down for my full review, but TLDR; we loved her.
Caudalíe Thé des Vignes Shower Gel - $14

As a body care connoisseur, this gets 3.5 stars/5. The scent was heavenly (as all of them are), so it worked great for a quick rinse-off in the morning. It has little to offer besides the foaming and the scent. It is not a nourishing product, and took me forever to get through because I only used it on pressure points to smell luxurious.
Muri Lelu Mauvaise Herbe Indica Oil - $135

Lucky me I was gifted this. It’s an incredible blend, but I don’t think I’d buy it for myself. If you have eczema and love botanicals and want to try a schmancy oil, well then here you have it.
Osea Atmosphere Protection Cream - $54 full size (this size was offered as a reward from Credo)

I forgot how much I love this. Perfect lightweight daytime moisturizer. Refines the skin overtime and the formulation is just dreamy. This product made me believe in niacinamide (and Osea) again.
Bloomeffects Tulip Dew Drops - $55 full size (you can buy samples like this on e-bay for ~$4 a pop!)

This surprised me. I used it as makeup prep in my kit and I loved how it perfected the skin. And it’s made from tulips like come on that is adorable.
Sensodyne  Mint Sensitive Toothpaste - $12.48/2-pack

Holy Grail.
Clear Ogee Sculpted Lip Oil - $26

For the price, this does it all. Luxe feeling, and the cold pressed joboa oil feels silky smooth. DHPH (naturally derived plumper) + peppermind oil combo is the perfect pick-me-up.
Dr. Bronner’s Hand Sanitizer Spray - $5.29

We love her we like her. No complaints!
From Clayton’s House, 2024 - Grown Alchemist Gel Cleanser - $38

It’s hard to hate a gel cleanser. Too many essential oils for my liking, but it’s Clayton’s favorite and he swears by it. (there were 2 in here)

HaruHaru Wonder Mineral SPF - $14

I looooved this, but Clayton prefers the chemical version of this sunscreen. This one leaves my skin glowy, no white cast (but I’m also a white person), & no stinky smell like the chemical one!
Ceremonia Papaya Scalp Scrub - $34

Absolutely loved this as the first step in a double scalp cleanse. This has a mousse-y, fluffy texture, smells wonderful + it’s not too harsh on the scalp. Worth it 1000%.
Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner - $18.99

One of the most underrated K-beauty products. Instead of water, they use Astragalus Root Extract in here, which boosts our skin’s immunity + replenishes the skin.
Humanrace Mystifying Moisturizer Refill - $58

This is Clayton’s go-to. It’s lightweight, with a refreshing scent, but it still leaves the skin hydrated. Non greasy formula & we loooove the refill system. (there were 2 in this empties batch)
Hanni Splash Salve - $34

This stuff is awesome. Smells fresh + clean, and I think this whole line is really innovative! Can’t wait to try more from Hanni
Odacité Le Blue Balm - sample from Credo

I love keeping samples of occlusives at Clayton’s. I like to try new stuff, & the Credo sampling system is an excellent + easy way to do so. Odacité’s Blue Balm is a luxurious product that I hope will be around forever.
December 2024 - RŌZ Foundation Shampoo - $42

I liked this less than I liked the conditioner (see below). It started smelling funky around month 6 of having it, but maybe that’s a me problem for hoarding product. Better for lightweight washes without too much build-up.
Pipette Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50 - $12.79

This is my ride or die. My #1 recommended sunscreen. It’s made for babies so perfect for sensitive skin. Dying to try more from them!
Necessaire The Body Peel - $55

This product raised the bar for all intensive body exfoliants. I noticed an immediate difference after using this, and always looked forward to applying it. This is excellent for KP, body discoloration, etc.
NCLA Cuticle Oil Love Potion - $18

I loved her but I barely got to use her because the oils disintegrated the plastic on the inside. Super cute though, & I love a nourishing nail treatment duhhh.
Ceremonia Guava Leave-In Conditioner - $15 for the full size

Worked like a charm. When I ran out of my regular conditioner, I swapped this in & quickly fell in love with it. Smells so mf good, too.
Paume Exfoliating Hand Cleanser Refill - $44

This refilled my bottle 2x, which was really impressive. Glycerin makes your hands feel soft af, and there are very gentle exfoliating beads in here that really take your hand soap game to another level without stripping your skin.
Muri Lelu Bloomrise Sativa Serum - $135

This is an item with a heftier price point, but my god is it worth it. This is a super anti-inflammatory serum that works for all skin types. Smells so incredible, too!
OGEE Liquid Gold Cleansing Oil - $72

This stuff is legit. “Liquid Gold” is no joke, this actually makes me feel so luxurious. For $72, though? Not entirely worth it. Grab it when it goes on sale though, you won’t regret it.
November 2024 - RŌZ Foundation Conditioner - $42

I liked this a lot. It’s one of the best conditioners in the clean space in my opinion. Hair feels very silky but not weighed down, plus the scent is heavenly! I will say it’s a thicker formula, so it’s not super easy to get every last drop with the pump, but you win some you lose some. In this case, the wins outweigh that one loss by a landslide.
Honest Refresh Shampoo + Body Wash (Citrus Vanilla) - $12.49

You get what you pay for here. No frills, this suds up nicely & left me super clean without feeling stripped. The scent could be boosted a bit, but it’s made for babies so I think that’s the reasoning behind the subtlety. I only used this as a body wash and it lasted me forever. Probs won’t rebuy, but happy I tried it.
Sisley Energizing Foaming Exfoliant (for the body) - $155

Whew! This costs a pretty penny. Luckily this man who worked for Sisley & had a crush on me bought it for me on my birthday (score!). I tried a sample of this & couldn’t stop raving about it. The texture is unlike anything I’ve ever tried. It’s foamy and luxe but also super hydrating. The ingredient list isn’t anything too special, but it does smell nice & leaves my skin feeling replenished. If I was a rich girl...nanananananananana!
Schāf Revitalizing Serum - $69

I like this product, I just hate how with every Schāf product I use the packaging wears off this way. Mine oxidized so I had to dump the rest into the sink, but if you’re looking for a potent, sensitive skin friendly Vitamin C then this would be one of my top picks!
Ere Perez Quandong Green Booster Serum - $38

A super blend of antioxidants! Marketed as a “green juice for your face”, I really wanted this to work for me. My skin just didn’t like it & I did dump the rest into the sink unfortunately. If your skin likes botanical blends it couldn’t hurt to try it for it’s brightening + softening effects. Price point is also great, tbh.
True Botanicals Renew Chebula Active Immunity Serum - $90 (this is a mini I got in the Credo rewards)

I. don’t. care. I simply don’t. This doesn’t do it for me. There is nothing in here that I believe my skin absolutely needs in conjunction with the rest of my products. This brand has yet to impress me.
Philips Sonicare Sensitive Brush Head - $27.99 for a 3-pack

My toothbrush blinky & I replacey. It’s that easy. Never frayed on me but did get quite narsty towards the end. Deuces, dirty.
Three Ships Radiance Day Cream - $6 for the mini ($30 for the full size)

I surprisingly loved this. Moisturizers are hard to find, & I wasn’t sure if this was going to impress me when I first tried it, but after consistent use I can say this is one of my top clean moisturizers. It’s super hydrating & my skin genuinely felt softer and brighter with consistent use. I used it nighttime + daytime but it definitely veers a bit lighter.
Rephr Eyelash Curler Refill - $6 for a 3-pack

The reason your eyelash curler stopped working it because you need to replace the pad (97% of the time). Rephr’s are cute & red but any Japanese refill would be my choice.
October 2024 - Voyage et Cie Parfum “Marrakech” - $175

A go-to scent of mine for years, &, luckily my best friend’s mom works here so I never run out. It’s woodsy and complex, their signature oud tabac. These fragrances have some of the best longevity too considering the price point!
Dyptique Figeur Candle- $74

I mean, it’s a classic. Such a great scent for summer, and I always use the empties for storage. I switched what I was holding with this glass with another one I liked better, so it’s farewell to her!
Laneige Lip Mask - mini size berry flavor bought in a pack of 5 for $20 from TJ Maxx...duh

Who finishes one of these?! I guess I did it. Hydrating AF, the GOAT, need I say more?

Cerave Healing Ointment - $9.99

Heals all wounds, and never clogs my pores. I would get the tub, but I’m not always the finger dippin’ jar type, especially if it’s a “sticky” product. Fave way to use this is under my eyes & on the sides of my cheeks (where my KP is) as a “mini slugging”/occluding step.

Sally Hansen Cream Hair Bleach - $7.49 for the pack

I use this to bleach my brows ~1x/month. This always gets the job done, but I’m tempted to try something else...stay tuned.
Giorgio Armani Sì Eau de Parfum - $130, 1.7 oz

This fragrance holds a special place in my heart. I was introduced to it at summer camp through my friend Diane, & over 10 years later I still use it (and Diane and I are still quite close). It’s warm, sweet, comforting, and meshes perfectly with my Voyage et Cie fragrance of choice. It’s quite sweet, so if you’re not into that you’d probably hate it.
Sensodyne Fresh Mint Sensitive Toothpaste - $12.48/2-pack

She’s my girl!! Lil’ dab will do ya if you have a particularly sensitive tooth.
70% Isopropyl Alcohol

I buy this stuff in bulk, the reason this one is labeled interestingly is because I had to use a specific label for my NYS Esthetician’s practical exam. The spritzer on this guy is broken so we have to say farewell, but it cleans everything! Sanitizes makeup, removes any sticky residue, & I’ll spray it on my hairbrushes or makeup brushes if I feel they need an extra boost of cleanliness.
Schāf Body Lotion (discontinued) - $35

So sad to see this one leave the product line :( ... but at $35 for 5 oz, it makes sense it had to go. Love the packaging (airtight pumps FTW!), and it’s a hemp seed oil base which is deepy nourishing and anti-inflammatory which helps a million when it comes to my KP. Loved her, but not a ride or die.
Prima Beyond Body Oil 600mg CBD - $56

CBD/Hemp works wonders for soothing inflammation, & my body needs those types of treatments most. In addition, there’s squalane, joboba oil, and apricot kernel oil which are some of my favorite emollient ingredients for softening the skin. I absolutely adored this product, & will probably repurchase sometime in the future. It also lasted me FOREVER!
September 2024 -
Glide ProHealth Original Floss - $9.99/3-pack

Bless this floss. It’s thin but it doesn’t break which is dope, but better than that is heals my gum recession. All I can say is: thank you.
Dermafirm Melavita-C Exosome Cream - $72 (I had a sample, didn’t take a pic oopsie)

Really great formulation here, I absolutely think this helped lighten dark spots/hyperpigmentation on my face. Gentle & effective.

Sensodyne Fresh Mint Sensitive Toothpaste - $12.48/2-pack

It’s the only one I can use! You can use it as a spot treatment for extra sensi teeth, too. Have yet to find anything I like using more (but I’m always open to suggestions, hehe)

Tups M-GF Intensive Cream - $85 (I had a sample, pictured here)

I absolutely loved the feeling of this. Made my skin feel ultra soft, and I love a growth factor product to help preemptively anti-age.

Heritage Store Rosewater + Glycerin - $13.99

They keep changing the prices on these...tsk tsk. I’ll buy it anyways every time. Simple, gentle, hydrating, accessible. What more could you want?
Voyage et Cie Diffuser Oil in Hamptons - $40

These diffuser oils are the best. They fill the room & last much longer than other oils I’ve tried. This one in particular hits different.
Medicube Soyxidil Shampoo + 2 in 1 Treatment - $38, $19.99

I only got to try these in a sample sachet that was included in my Medicube Booster tool, and I don’t know why I waited so long to try them! The shampoo was foamy, but not stripping. The treatment blew me away. It comes out like a thick water but foams up when applied. I thought my hair was going to be greasy because of how soft it felt, but it was just glossy & shiny. This is the horse hair duo, & I’ll be buying the full size of the treatment!
September 2024 -
Heritage Store Rosewater + Glycerin - $12.49

This product is in almost every. single. empties haul. It’s hydrating, easy to use, & really helps remove those last bits of makeup. I spritz it on a cotton round post facial cleanse, &  I also spritz it directly on my face for an extra boost of hydration. Would buy it by the gallon if I could.
Credo Hand Sanitizer Spray - $8.00

This product smells amazing! I haven’t seen it IRL in a Credo in a minute, but my price tag says $10.00 while now online it’s $8.00! Perfect luxury hand sanitizer.
Krave Great Barrier Relief - $28.00

This has a cult following for a reason. My skin looooves this serum, & I always try to keep it on hand for any skin-mergencies. Krave’s commitment to sustainability (hello balloon pump packaging!) + efficacy keeps me coming back to them again & again. Scroll down for my first bottle of this miracle worker in its original packaging.
Therapi Propoli+ Ultra Radiance Cream - $59.15 ($21.51 for the mini pictured here)

Credo only carries one product from Therapi in-store, & that’s this one! It’s ultra healing, & verrrry emollient. It has an addictive texture, scent & effect, so try it at your own risk!
Sensodyne Fresh Mint Sensitive Toothpaste - $12.48/2-pack

For a sensi girl like me with sensi teef, this is the only toothpaste that I feel comfortable using on a day-to-day basis. My cold sensitivity is greatly reduced with regular use, and any time there’s a lil flare up on the gumline or on my actual tooth, I pop a 1/2 of a pea sized amount on the affected area & boom we’re back to normal! As a dentist’s daughter, I approve this message.
August 2024 -
DHC Deep Cleansing Oil - $31.50

This is a classic for a reason. It’s gentle, antimicrobial (thanks to the rosemary) and it’s not hard to remove with a water-based cleanser. K-beauty wins when it comes to cleansing oils. A little overpriced (and maybe overhyped), but a little goes a long way.

K18 Leave-in Molecular Repair Hair Mask - $29 (mini size)

Luckily, my hair is not too damaged despite the consistent hair dye applied to it. This shit works! Bond repair is tricky, as you don’t want to overdo it and form build-up around the hair follicle, but the moments I used this made it feel worthwhile. It’s like Olaplex, except it works instantly.

Paula’s Choice 10% Azelaic Acid Booster - $39

Meh. I don’t think I used this properly enough to notice a difference. I didn’t have scars at the time or any serious discoloration from sun damage or acne. I mean I can’t deny that it must be somewhat effective for how potent it is, but I didn’t notice any “clearer” skin when using this product. Good thing it wasn’t too expensive, but I never finished it (so unlike me) and had to rinse it out when I noticed it expired.

Clean and Clear Advantage Acne Spot Treatment - $12

This is an oldie, found it in my childhood bedroom. This was my saving grace in middle and high school. I could recognize the scent anywhere. Probably wouldn’t use it now, because I’m so wary of intensive active treatments, but would probably do well for hormonal/teenage acne with hard to control sebum (oil).

Crème de La Mer - mini travel/gifting size

Nivea. ‘Nuff said.

Oribe Supershine + Run-through Detangling Primer - $24, $19 (mini sizes)

My favorite line from Oribe! If you want your hair to look like a shiny horse, can’t go wrong with either of these products. Scent is divine, price is steep, hair is worth it.

Summer Fridays Overtime Mask - $47

Seems to be discontinued now, and I get it. It’s a lil’ intense, especially if you’re using it frequently. Apricot seed and pumpkin enzymes do help with glow and smoothness, but they also slough away at the skin, which isn’t always great. I don’t do well with intense exfoliation, just never been my thing. Smells insanely good though, would love to see this in a formulation meant to be used on the body.

Odacité Mint + Green Tea Hydra-Purifying Treatment Mist - $48

I like to say this rocked my skin into sadness. Used it a few years ago and am finally getting rid of it as I sort through my empties at my childhood home. Ingredients aren’t too crazy, maybe it was the peppermint? I probably won’t try it again, the trauma!

Krave Great Barrier Relief - $28

RIDE OR DIE. You’ll notice that in this photo it is not the same as the current packaging. That’s because this is an oldie from my childhood home, and I still love it to this day. I used Krave Beauty consistently for years and veered away as I tried more K-beauty, but I will usually keep one of these around because it’s so good at calming my skin down in a crisis.

Bio-Oil - $7

Meh. Okay sure, but I’d rather buy a different oil if I was stressed about scarring. Good price though! Pretty sure I squeezed the rest of this into the sink.

Daisy by Marc Jacobs - $119

She’s an icon she’s a legend. Keeping this one for the archives. Light and floral which isn’t always my vibe but a great layering scent. I’ll miss this one.

Australian Gold Instant Bronzer Spray Gel Sunscreen SPF 50 - $12

This is my favorite sunscreen to tan with. Works so well to give a lasting tan, but I definitely would opt for the SPF 30-50 options. Smells yummy, too.

Pink Chiffon Fragrance Mist, Bath and Body Works - $80 on Ebay!

Oooooldie. Probably from 2012, shoutout to Ainslie Irving for gifting me this after my ballet recital. I held onto it FOREVER. Smelled sickeningly sweet, and sadly discontinued.

Sì by Georgio Armani - $119

One of my absolute favorite scents of all time. The basis for my signature scent, it’s sweet and warm. I love using this.

Neutrogena Hydro Boost Cleanser - $12

This is a cleanser I used to use every single day. This cleanser got me into 60-second daily cleansing, which was huge for my overall skincare journey. It is too fragranced for me now, but is a great option for someone just getting into regular cleansing. Nostalgic for sure.
